Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Rank Pulse ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Rank Pulse mobile application ("App"). Please read this policy carefully. By using the App you agree to the terms described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances:

• Razorpay: Payment details (order ID, amount) are shared with Razorpay to process transactions. Razorpay's privacy policy governs their use of this data.

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
